PezaNyumba connects tenants, buyers, landlords, agents, and developers by hosting property listings for rent, sale, and swap across Zambia. We provide the platform for listing and discovering properties; we are not a party to any lease, sale, or other agreement made between users, and we do not represent any specific property, developer, or agent unless explicitly stated.

You need an account to save properties, contact listing owners, or list a property yourself. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep your contact details up to date.

Accounts are created as tenant accounts by default. Landlord and admin access is granted separately and is not available through self-service sign-up.

If you list a property, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information, pricing, and media you submit, and for having the right to list that property. We may review, moderate, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, fraudulent, or that violate these Terms.

Property listings are provided for informational purposes only. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and PezaNyumba is not responsible for inaccuracies in listings submitted by third parties. All transactions are conducted between buyers, tenants, and sellers independently of PezaNyumba.

Don't use PezaNyumba to post fraudulent or misleading listings, harass other users, scrape or bulk-collect data from the site, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PezaNyumba is committed to equal housing opportunity. Listings and communications on the platform may not discriminate on any basis prohibited by applicable Zambian law.

PezaNyumba is provided "as is." We do our best to keep listings accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or feature, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or from transactions between users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PezaNyumba after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we make changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. PezaNyumba operates in line with the Zambia Estate Agents Act, Cap. 392.
